(b) 那些地方需要改善?

 
- Arrows from KCR Station to Polytechnic needed
- 场地指示不清晰
- Headphone users should be reminded to turn off their headphones when not in use. It is very disturbing for some of them to turn it on so loud and not putting their headphone on their ears that the translation voice crashed with the presenter's voice. Perhaps an instruction to use and a warning for proper use is needed.
- 整体的研讨会时间好赶急,讨论的题目不能深入了解,只通常作为表面的滙报。
- 可即场做问卷调查
- 每个presentation的时间太赶,以致所得的知识广但浅
- 讲座的分享数目太多,只有15-20分钟, 只能蜻蜓点水, 听众亦很吃力地吸收
- Good translation service for participants from different countries
- OK. Keep in on.
- the workshops are very popular but each workshop had only very limited seats.
- More spaces for the workshops including the physical aspect and places for registration.
- intrepretation for foreigner in parallel session
- presentation time was too short. 12 minutes was not enough. It is suggested to increase the presentation time for one presenter in a parallel session to 20 minutes.

- No formal notification has been sent to participates.Mis-leading information has been delivered that staff of Caritas were asked to give their seats to other participates other than Caritas.
- 分组研讨会讲员时间只有十五分钟,讲员未能详细解说。
- To reduce the no. of presenter in each session, so they have more time to share their experience with the audience.
- To give instruction of the location of the canteens in the campus to the audience before lunch break.
- 为个90%以上是中国人,竟然用英文为主?
- Many valuable content are grouped in one time (e.g.: spirituality & family services); and therefore cannot join both.
- 题目太多,每节演讲时间不够,未能深入了解讲题,很可惜
- Time is too short for each presentation. Should select the best ones & offered them longer time.
- 由於每位讲者时间所限,所以讲题虽够广,但不够深入
- The time was not enough for speaker. Especially the keynote speakers' sharing in the round table forum.

- The duration for conducting each pararell session and workshop is too short and rush, making the depth of the content limited. Each session should not include too many subthemes in the period.
- The parallel sessions were too short for the speakers to present their information. There should not be more than 3 speakers in a sessions.
- Instead of having two big refreshments and
- More networking and informal content. An evening venue where people can meet to discuss the day.
- more time for networking and greater structure around the timing of events

- Showing of the power-point needs improvement. Prehaps due to some technical problem, the rate of the power-point showing is too fast in one presentation that I attended.

(c) 其他意见/建议:

 
- Certain participants from mainland had been very disturbing to the audience as the kept their discusion while the presentation was going on. They showed no respect and consideration for the audience and kept on chatting and gossiping even when they are indicated that their voices was disturbing the audience very significantly. Ushers or helper should be watchful of such disturbances and be ready to stop this going on for the benefit of the audience and the speaker, and indeed the organizer.

- The coordination work was well organized and systematic. As presenter and also moderator of the conference, we were clearly informed about the presentation procedure and working guidelines. The preparation work was well done and very professional. The conference coordinator could provide prompt consultation and advice to the presenters
